Richard D. FalconerOriginally from London, England. Richard D. Falconer has worked in architectural lighting design in Southern California, Washington DC and in the Philadelphia area.
Richard brings diverse experience in corporate projects, hospitality, residential, entertainment, and casino, performing arts, healthcare, and science and technology projects.
Several of his previous projects were honored by the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), during his tenure in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and Southern California.
Currently, he is working on several projects ranging from hotels, corporate offices, and interiors, higher education, multi-family residential, and projects around the globe.
He is a long-term member of the public speaking organisation Toastmasters International and is an Associate Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). Falconer is also Lighting Certified (LC) with the National Council on Qualifications for Lighting Professions (NCQLP).
Richard is a graduate of the University of Southern California with both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Design.
Duane A. WesleyDuane has been with G3LD since its inception in 2012, bringing more than two decades of business experience to the team. He studied Electrical Engineering at Drexel University in Philadelphia but also has in-depth knowledge of Information Technology and business management which has been instrumental in the building and growth of several successful businesses. When he is not reviewing contracts, he enjoys travelling to unusual places, listening to a wide variety of music, is deeply involved in spiritual development and also acts as a consultant for other businesses.
